CHINCHY & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Horrible and super chinchy on fries and if you get you're order wrong or unhappy with you're order, they won't replace it or help you in anyway. When I pulled up to the restaurant I saw no cars in the parking lot on a Friday evening. No wonder and the food blows/sucks. Too bad I took a chance. If you're from Houston like I am, I don't recommend this place... In Houston we take care of our customers to the fullest and since Houston is a food city I never have this problem. I guess this lil Victoria restaurant has a lot to learn about servicing the customer and putting a smile on you're face. Beware cuz this ain't Nikos Nikos (Houston) like they claim it to be as good as. I doubt this place sticks around.
